Cheri is a fantastic PT. She is genuinely interested in each of her client’s individual fitness and weight loss journey. Each session is different, challenging, yet achievable. I look forward to Saturday morning boot camps as there is always a variety of exercises in a fun environment. Cheri offers different services including meal plans and monthly measurements and photos so we can track my progress and keep me accountable. She is always willing to share recipes and her protein balls are the best! I love training with Cheri and would recommend her to anyone interested in improving their strength, fitness or wanting to make a change to a healthier lifestyle.

I have been training with Cheri for almost two years in both small group training sessions and weekly boot camps.There's always a variety of exercises to keep the sessions interesting and keeps me motivated, but most of all, Cheri ensures the sessions are fun...otherwise I wouldn't be getting up for a 7am Saturday morning boot campCheri tailors the programme to account for my individual needs, so if you have a 'dodgy' knee like me, don't let it stop you from getting out there and training and getting your health and fitness back on track.

I have been training with Cheri for close to 5 years now and it that time she has worked with me to increase my strength and fitness.Over the time I noticed a marked improvement in my core strength and overall general wellbeing.Cheri also worked with me during my recent pregnancy we trained together right up until the birth and since having my baby she has focused on getting me back on track to my pre baby fitness levels, During this she was very conscious of my abilities and took great care of me, she still is and I am starting to feel like my old self again.Having Cheri come to my home is fantastic, pre baby I didn’t have to worry about rushing home from work to get ready and go back out to the gym and now with my bub it helps so much to be able to have Cheri come to us. We train in the park, in the front yard or if it’s cold and raining in the house, I love being able to be outdoors and not cooped up in a gym.Cheri is a respectful, caring trainer who works with you, you will learn to love her happy exercises ;) Her training is hard she will push you but you will see results and she makes sure you have a laugh in the process.

Cheri is a fantastic PT. Her routines always focus on different sets of muscles which gives you a total body workout and keeps sessions interesting. Cheri has exercise plans that you can do independently and advises on healthy clean food options that are practical and satisfying. I been coming to her for almost 18 months and i am so happy with my level.of fitness, strength and health. Cheri has also started runnng a weekly boot camp session with my work colleagues at our workplace. The ladies love it. If you are looking for a PT with expert knowledge and adaptability, Cheri is the person for you.

I love the convenience of Cheri coming to my place to complete my workout and the supportive nature she has to continue to push me to achieve more each day. Cheri has tailored my training to ensure that I've been able to continue to train during injuries.She also runs a fantastic 1hr bootcamp on Sat mornings! Where she rewards our hard work with her delicious protein balls she makes herself.

My wife and I started training with Cherie at the start of the year. We have had great results both with the training and the food plan put in place. For us having Cherie come to our house and fit in with our busy family life has made committing to training allot easier. I absolutely love Cheri! I would recommend her to anyone at any stage of fitness or age. She works hard to put together personalised training sessions for you and is happy to work around your skills. She has helped me improve my fitness, loose wait and stay on track. She’s always finding new things for me to do and I’m definitely never bored.
