Kick It Fitness Perth
I have been doing 1:1 PT sessions with Grant since November 2020, originally starting with 2 sessions per week and now up to 4 sessions.What I highly value with Grant (aside from his friendly and personable nature), is his approach in customising a training program to fit your needs, abilities and goals.As an ex athlete and qualified sports trainer who has had two knee reconstructions, I appreciate the effort he takes to look at specific exercises to help rebuild my strength without risking injury by focusing on technique.I also appreciate Grant's flexibility in organising the timing of our sessions given my very demanding career and work commitments.For the first time in decades, I finally feel I have found a personal trainer that meets my specific needs and obtaining the goals I have set for myself.I highly recommend Grant who is dedicated to helping individual's meet their fitness needs.
