Best PT Ever!!!Sean is a fantastic PT with great sense of humor so every session is filled with laugh and positive attitude which empower you to work out even harder. I have been training with him since Dec 2021. Very professional coaching. I wasn’t able to get up without support and now being physically active without limitations, because of his wonderful quality of care, Sean listens to your goals and creates a recovery plan to your needs. He gave me advice on workouts upon completing the recovery plan, and coached me on lifestyle changes to help avoid issues moving forward. I won’t go anywhere else! Thank you for making me feel proud even of my smallest achievements. Your positive attitude has really kept me going. I’ve enjoyed the training so much and am very grateful for your support.

Sean’s an amazing personal trainer who really listened to what I wanted to achieve and tailored our sessions to my goals.
